Our “New Welder Program” is a beginner-friendly, hands-on training course designed to prepare students for the AWS D9.1 Sheet Metal Welding Certification (3/16″ and thinner). This certification is commonly used in HVAC, cabinetry, architectural metalwork, and general fabrication industries.
Students learn GMAW (short-circuit MIG) welding, welder setup, joint configurations, and code-compliant welding techniques through guided, real-world practice.
