VNL101 Vinyl Cutter Basics
Learn to make your own vehicle signs, banners, and paint masks on our computer-controlled vinyl cutter. You will learn how to import your vector (outline) designs from graphics tools like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW into FlexiStarter, the software used to control the vinyl cutter. After importing your artwork, you will use the CNC vinyl cutter to cut vinyl sheet into professional looking signage, or ready-to-apply self-adhesive paint masking.

Prerequisites: None. However you should be familiar with Adobe Illustrator or CORELDraw. If you are not familiar with either of those programs, we offer classes in both.
VNL102 How to make Custom Printed Die Cut Stickers
This class will teach you how to print full color stickers in bulk (or one off) using the HP DesignJet T790 and then die cut them out with the Roland CAMM-1 GS-24 Vinyl Cutter. The process requires the use of indexing / alignment features in the printed graphic that is can then used by the vinyl cutter to cut the profiles. Graphics can be designed using Adobe Illustrator and CutStudio.

VNL103 Making Silk Screen Templates
The vinyl cutter provides and inexpensive way to make silk screen templates for T-shirts and other fun projects. This class will explain the techniques to print designs using several screen templates for multi-color project and then provide the opportunity to apply them to screens, align them, and then make a print on the silk screener.
Attire: Pants, closed toe shoes, shirt that covers shoulders
