Equipment Reservations

Members are allowed to reserve equipment ahead of time with a few constraints that ensure availability to all of our members.

  • You must have an active membership.
  • Reservations are limited to 2 hour blocks (1.5 hours for the laser etchers).
  • Reservations must be made starting at 9am and then in accordance to reservation block sizes. For example, for two hour reservation periods the first reservation is at 9am. The reservation periods thru the day would then be 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm to close.
  • You can only have one active reservation on a particular machine or area in the system at a time.
  • We reserve the right to adjust reservations as needed to maximize machine utilization and serve our members.
  • This is an honor system as the software doesn’t allow us to enforce these rules directly. We appreciate your help by limiting your reservation times according to the rules above. Thank you!

There are three ways to make an equipment reservation:

Use the Urban Workshop phone app.

  1. Download the Mindbody app from either the Apple store or Google play store and install to your phone.
  2. Use the email address you provided when you became a member as your User ID.
  3. Create a password if this is the first time you have signed into to our app or website.
  4. Navigate to the reservation section, select the machine or tool you wish to reserve.

Use our member website portal.

  1. Use this link to go to our member portal: clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=218571
  2. Use the email address you provided when you became a member as your User ID.
  3. Create a password if this is the first time you have signed into to our app or website.
  4. Navigate to the reservation section, select the machine or tool you wish to reserve.

Just give us a quick call at 949-296-2153 and one of our front desk staffers will be happy to help you reserve the machine you want when you need it.

Cancellations, Late-Shows and No-Shows
Lots of other members share this equipment with you, so please do not abuse your reservation privileges. If you can’t make your reservation, call us to cancel at 949-296-2153 as soon as you know so we can make the time slot available for other members.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, and you haven’t called to let us know, you forfeit that reservation. Failing to cancel a reservation and no-showing/no-calling more than twice will result in a reservation suspension. You will not be allowed to reserve any equipment for 30 days.
