Laser Etching Basics

Josh and Jake show you how to use the most popular machine at Urban Workshop, the Epilog Laser etcher. Laser etchers are extremely versatile, a lot of fun, and quite easy to use. They cut wood, plastics and fabrics as well as etch into the surface of glass or remove finishes off of metal. We have seen people etch fabric, fleece, and even food.

Once all of this Coronavirus is past us, we will resume regular scheduled classes and complete ALL of the projects intended for this semester. So don’t worry, you won’t miss a thing!
